Weird. I've never heard of such a thing. Why don't all guys do that instead of going to Juco if they have grade issues? I think Mayes only had a couple classes or a test score that kept him out and he knew he'd be good after a semester. Most guys need more work to get in

The term curtousy visit cracks me up when it comes to officials. The school only has so many officials per cycle and they wouldn't waste one if they knew there as zero chance for the recruit signing. Likewise the recruits only get 5 officials; why waste one on a program you aren't considering. The fact both will come in for officials shows we have a shot, no matter how small it may be. Nor does it matter that the only reason they're interested in USF is their former coach. Getting them on campis for an official is huge.

How do you know? Are you on staff? There are a lot of good QBs in the metro Atlanta area right now, which may have something to do with it too. His dad is the coach so I would expect he is lining everything up for him so that he doesn't have anything like grades holding him back. He was at a different school last year and took them into the playoffs. Im obviously speculating but there are other QBs on our board and I find it extremely odd this kid has not 1 offer.

We also gave up 44 to McNeese State. 44 what? Our defense didn't give up 44 points to McNeese. 3 Rushing TDs 2 Passing TDs 3 FG's That's 44 points. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. Now take into account Mcneese starting on their side of the field due to turnovers and bad punting 5 times and its hard to solely blame the defense for giving up 35 of those points

i watched alot of football yesterday our lack of talent is truly amazing considering where usf is located utah state has a better qb than us If Utah States Receivers could consistently catch the ball they win that game... Was there and a lot of USC fans acted like the lost anyway
