    Ha, I just posted something about this on another thread. No way in my day would there be students wearing another team in our student section. Anyhere else in the dome, no problem, but not in our student section.

    I was really really pissed off that there were some syracuse fans in the student section. Back in my day that **** wouldnt fly. Those 3-4 kids wearing orange in our student section would have had myself and whoever i was there with in their ear all night until they knew it wouldnt end and would just move. Kind of how i ***** about mac, but way worse. i dont mind opposing team fans but not sitting in our student section. Cmon. You guys who sit there should have been all over them.

You are right about Georgia tech at least, i just looked it up. But according to espn last night it was only va tech. You seem so happy to tell me im wrong, im glad you enjoyed it. Funny what can make some people so happy.

    If you beat UNC twice in one year you should get an automatic bid to the sweet 16. How many teams beat unc and duke at their home courts in the same season? The answer is 1, Virginia Tech in 2007. Amazing. Duke may be down, but they still beat 4 teams in the top 25 and are still Duke. Seth will never face usf unless we get into the ncaa tournament or the NIT, we dont do that often. Seth has improved we regressed since him. Never thought i would say that. Though pro mac guys, i know we "improved" from one conference win last year. Way to go! We went from the worst team in the conference to one of the worst. Some would call that an improvement. every year it gets more and more sickening. Good job seth. Congrats

    now seth greenburg is the only coach to ever beat unc and duke in the same year on their home courts. amazing what this guy is doing. Never would i think usf would miss coach greenburg after he left. I wonder if he regrets leaving usf? this is getting sickening

    Some of us don't have to dream... Maybe that's why we're not so impatient. the team hasnt made the ncaa tourney in almost nearly 2 decades, how patient should we be? sorry that we actually care enough about basketball that we want to win and not be so nonschalant when we lose. you never bring anything to a conversation about basketball except trying to make fun of other peoples opinions he has run out of excuses< now all he can do it team up with usfmike and a few others and just call people dumb for voicing displeasure in the worst basketball program most have ever seen. trip you are my boy, but he has a point. he who defends everything, defends nothing.

    I dont think Cincy is really thinking about national chamionships trip. If they were they would have went and hired roy williams. They fired huggins because they felt he was getting too powerful and abusing his privaledges. They fired him to show their power. Besides oscar robertson, cincy basketball was nothing before huggins and is nothing now. You dont have to demand championships but you can demand a team that can at least compete. Huggins fill stadiums.

    A lot of the pro-mac guys even said this was the measuring stick of him being fired or not this year. But I am sure they are making good excuses for him as we speak.

    Every game is a must win. We need to go on a conference winning streak. When was the last time we had one of those? truth hurts, we are not making the conference tournament or any tournament again this year. march sadness *sigh*

    He has only played in BE play. So the only table he could have fallen off would have been the operating table. give the guy a chance. I know he makes mistakes but lets just all agree we lose because of our coach, not our point guard.

    we have to finish 4-2 to be considered for the NIT and go at least 3-3 to make the big east tournament. I dont know if i can handle another year of march sadness at usf. we can also sneek into the big east tournament, win the whole thing and get an autobid into the ncaa tournament. ha

    Brad, he is talking about the drive that kid James had to tie the game with about 20 seconds left. It was pretty sick he went chest to chest with one of our big men and when our guy starting coming down he laid it in. was a HUGE basket for them. Now if you have a 3rd grader that can do that what is his name, im buying his name.com right now. you sure your players never got caught with pot?

    1-3 from the 3 point isnt bad. Its 33%, thats about average. But he has a very good jump shot just doesnt take it enough. I think Chris knows his game is more controlling the game and he is trying to be the quarterback right now. I, too, thinks he needs to get more aggressive. You dont see hiim take his defender off the dribble drive to the lane, and make the big mans defender come over for to help, then dish it for the dunk. I am hoping he is just getting a feel for the team and the game mac wants him to play. i also just hope mac has a good gameplan for him and i hope chris isnt overhyped. Time wil tell.

    I think we are getting a little ahead of ourselves when we say we are playing down to anyone in conference. But before the game started i thought we should win this one, i wouldnt bet it but, i could hope.

    Down to the competition? Doesnt St johns have a better conference record than us? Didnt they crush us last year? They were favored in the game. But yes, opportunity missed.

    We need to prove we can play good ball on a consistent basis. Not just at home or when we feel like it. Thatswhat defines a good basketball team.
