I have to say, for our program not to be ranked and beating WVU, it doesn't surprise me that we didn't get more votes than what we did get. What we need to do is consistantly beat UofL and WVU in the same season as well as our OOC-BCS opponents which will potentially get us ranked. A single win over a Top-10 team each year will not move you up at all...It is considered as a win by chance even though we kicked the snot out of WVU this year and UofL last year.

I got my ticket and hotel room lined up!

Hence why they are in the same conference.

No matter if it's FIU or McNeese State, they were 4th Qt. come from behind drives that showed that USF is a highly competitive team and when firing on all cylinders can play with the best; i.e. WVU (W) and Rutgers (L).

Can we compare meaningful stats such as Offensive and Defensive match-ups.... This pissing match with StillJonesing is pointless. If anything, you take YOUR power away and give it to StillJonesing by engaging in his banter. As always, GO BULLS!!!

Correction, this is only our 8th season. And we do Spell BULLS during March V as well as the Iconic U during the Fight Song at every pregame last year and this year. I too think the "Call of the Bulls" is awesome! I remember Dr. Robinosn telling us of an experience this year. I forget which game it was, but he and his family sat in the stands to watch the pregame show. There were a couple of opposing fans saying, "That's the band. Dang they're small!" Then a couple of Bulls fanatics said, "Oh, just wait, you ain't seen nothin' yet!" When we ran on, the opposing team fans said, "I get it now...That's pretty cool!" I have to give kudos to OSU Marching Band. That is a friggin' insane and friggin' awesome pregame. TUBA'S!!!!! K, off to my watering hole for the game. GO BULLS!!!!!!

I don't know the excat figure, but last year's overnight stay at University of Miami game with 40 less marching members cost ~$40-50,000. We were cutting thins so close that half the rooms had to check out at 12p and we were charged a late fee for the other half since it was an evening game. I thank the administration so much for pulling that trip off last year. What an experience!

I'm not too shocked about Chambers..... What I was shocked about was that during the Syracuse game, the announcer listed Chambers as having a 3.0GPA?!?!?! Yeah, I guess the announcer was smoking Jackie's stash.

OK, now we're getting somewhere. 1) You disagree with the pep band saying, "AHHHH, MAKE IT!" right before we go to shoot a FT. I would agree with you in the same respect that the marching band shouldn't play when the O-Line is coming upto the line for a play. "SHHHH" with Bull horns is good enough with maybe a one word shout after the FT is made. 2) Ole chant just for the Brazil player on the women's team. What other things do you not agree with that you would like to have feedback given to Dr. Robinson to make the bball games more enjoyable for our team and fans and less enjoyable for the opposing team and fans?

Classic Rizzo. From what I understand, the only new chant is the Ole chant. Everything else that the Pep Band is doing was done last year without such an uproar. But not to minimize Rizzo's concern. Instead of always stating negative comments and then trying to defend such comments.....State your concern in a constructive manner and then offer a plausible solution.

No matter how much negative thoughts I have for Univ. Miami football program, NO ONE should have to endure such a horrific crime. May his teammates, friends and, most importantly, loved ones heal from this crisis. I hope to God this has nothing to do with the FIU incident.  If it does, I hope the NCAA takes off their $$$-goggles and come down extremely hard on these two universities.

I'd say wait until after the first couple of non-conference games to start formulating opinions about our players and team in general. 1) An Exhib. game is not enough data to infer what the rest of the season will be like. 2) If First 2-3 games of non-conf play are similar to the St. Leo game, then there might be some reason for concern. 3) Comments about single players LIKE and DISLIKE based on one game is ridiculous. People have bad days, so give them more time to develop and see if that changes your opinion of them. I know I didn't like King Solomon at the start of the season, but he sure as heck blossomed into a star player!
