    How's this to fire up the team..... "We Are Marshall" opens Friday, Dec. 22.  I cannot think of a better motivational tool than this movie to light a fire under our boy's arses to kick some purple pirate butt!!! Lets just not watch it on the plane  And I think we'll have enough motiation. Turbulence? Con Air? Passenger 57? BTW, What is motiation? ;D

    Other than watching the same games for a week, what extra value does the NFL channel bring? Do they feature upcoming college stars, do they show the philanthropy of the NFL stars? Do they follw a player for a week during the season? I just don't get the channel..... :-/ It sucks for both schools of the Texas Bowl. I hope something can be worked out so everyone can enjoy the game.

    ...Removed Confusion... GEEZ...I heard the same quote, "It's going to be a long season...," after the FIU football game.  HELLO!?!?!  Are we not going to another bowl game and also placed 4th in the BE also beating WVU AWAY?!?!?! 6 games into the season, and you're not going to continue to support the BasketBulls? As my favorite TV Psychologist would say, "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!"  Have you ever heard of the self-fulfilling prophecy?  It states if you believe in something before it happens, then your subconscious actions will make your belief come true. THINK POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!

    Any ECU fans trolling this message board, what are your thoughts about this?... I personally think it is a BIG mistake by the PJ.com committee to not have a pep rally the night before the game featuring both teams like at the MCB of last year. But who am I, I'm just a student at USF and a member of the HOT who friggin' had a blast at last year's pep rally.  Why would I want to have that much fun again?!?!?!

    On a side note, the weekend we beat WVU, the USF vs. WVU game was on local cable (ESPN) and the Syracuse vs. Rutgers game was not on local cable...AND IT WAS A HOME GAME TOO!!! I was enjoying everyone coming into the sports bar and asking if they had the Rutgers game and if they could turn it on the three TV's I already asked the USF game to be on....hehehe ;D  The bartender said, "Sorry, someone already beat you to these TV's." I loved all three hours of it too!

    I know Matt. He's a great guy. Always fun when the band and him played off each other's school spirit! Now I'l have to put up with Matt at Lightning games since I volunteer with the Ightning Foundation...LOL! GO BULLS! GO BOLTS!

    I believe, that thr trombone slide covers are on the plate of our Director. A bass drum head with the Iconic U would look H.O.T.; not to mention as well to have candy dark green drums with gold hardware. Those Tommy-B style shirts kick a$$!!!
