    yes he went to jesuit and I went to TC. He killed us by himself my senior year so for that and him going to UL I hope he gets shut down.

    According to Greg Auman's Blog Rigo Hidalgo is going pro. I wish him the best but this is a tough loss for the soccer team.

    I actually had players cuss at me in warmups. I am not one to cuss at the players just the you suck and can you win a conference game things. You showme a student section that does not cuss and I would be shocked.

    Logan will be missed. He is a great guy, a good coach (both NCAA and Intramurals), and is well liked by all. I wish him the best of luck in the future.

    I am all for original chants and the ole makes sense for women with the girl from Brazil but I think that we could work to come up with a better chant. As far as the free throw chant a few times it was said way late but if it said way b4 the shooter gets the ball it is fine.

    It depends what system you put the QB in. I think Leak would be putting up better numbers if he were in a pro style system b/c he can throw the ball well and with the spread he does not do as well. I also think that the spread is the type of system that works well for Grothe. He is a playmaker and having the field spread out gives him more options. I would not trade Grothe for anything and what everyone has to remember is that he is only a freshman and is already the second if not best QB in the whole state. I am sure there are more then a few teams kicking themselves for not recruiting him.

    when i saw co in the headline I would have bet some money ray rice would have been with him. Grothe is playing great...some of the throws that he had looked impossible from my seat in the Student Section and he somehow fit them in. The throw to taurus was a throw that high school coaches show their qbs as an example of how to throw a slant. He has the potential to be something special.

    Saw that...I finally figured out why I have liked Golic all of these years! YOu got to give us some credit b/c we have played every team very close including the media darlings (and rightfully so) Rutgers! A win at Louisville on ESPN U will give us some very good press.

    BTW Nova lost to St. Johns which means we made the tourney. Great job by the whole team and staff b/c they really improved this year.

    I'm not laughing at you rizzo just at Greg's response. And occasionally I cant come to a USF sporting event. I was at most womens games last year and plan on being at most games this year. I'll c u at the tailgate tomorrow.
