i went to Jesuit and TC and played baseball at both.  As someone who was kicked out of Jesuit due to academic reasons and ended up being taken in by the academic juggernaut of Tampa Catholic, i know that the rivalry is fierce.  I dont know who to cheer for on this one.  But i DO know that TC's 1st home game ever vs. JHS will be historic, and all those TC/JHS fights afterward will line the streets of tampa with catholic blood like a Tiger Crusading through the middle east! go bulls I'd root for the school that didnt kick you out!

I am so glad we finally got a stadium but kinda ticked that my class did a ton of fundraising and did not get it while we were there. If you think the atmosphere is good now just wait until TC plays Jesuit for the first time ever at TC. I cant wait for that game. Don't worry it will be safe around TC b/c of all the cops that will be there! ;D

Hmm, was it the rushing on the field risk, or was he overserved during the game?? Ruthless venders, i say.... I know someone who broke his foot that was not overserved at all. It is a long jump and if you land wrong something is getting broken.

Ditto.  I live literally right next door to Tampa Catholic, who is having a spectacular season.  Talked about going to a game with my son for a few years now, never did it. Don't have a vested interest in the school either.  It'd be a curiosity visit for me. I went to TC. I try to go to as many games as I can. Ever since I left they have been doing great. When I was there our highest win total in one season was 2! High School Football is big in the area. Most schools get very large crowds. I agree with Leavitt that it hurts to not be able to have recruits at the game but he also said that it is a trade off to be on national TV. I am obviously skipping the TC game to go to the USF game tho.

Last year they turned around RayJay in less than 24 hours for the Bucs - Outback Bowl.  It just takes dinero and knowing where you are at on the Glazer totem pole in game importance/revenue production. Actually they did a different paint job for the Bucs Game and Outback Bowl. It said Tampa Bay in both endzones in the Bucs Font and Color. The only part they did paint was midfield. I would be suprised if it was not painted.

nah the NBA season is pretty long and the Bucks have a good team. I think they should be able to pull off at least 5! As far as the Bucs, you never know what will happen with a rookie QB but I am expecting 0-16! This way I will not be dissapointed, only happy we won a game. GO FOR 0!

Bucs D started off slow along with the offense and spotted Carolina a 17-0 lead. Bucs D got very stingy in the second half and got 3 turnovers. Bucs O took advantage of the short field and scored. Gruden mad a incredibly dumb cal on a third down with 1 minute left in the fourth. Instead of a running play he called a fly to Galloway. Did not work so Carolina did not have to waste their last timeout. Carolina got a 4 and 7 on a qb draw that would not have been there if they had no timeouts left. All in all it was nice to finally be in a game but a heartbreaking loss. Now I would say the season is over since Simms is now out for a while and we are 0-3. Don't think the fins are gonna get off here. They beat one of the worst teams in the NFL by 3 points to go 1-2. 83 said they would be 12-4 correct? Dr. Z from SI said they would win the superbowl. In my opinion both of these statements are dumb and I predict they wont even make the playoffs!

Another thing about Clubhouse is I bullieve it is a better set up for a watch party then Bull Ring is. Also just like Andy said Clubhouse has been great to us. They have the USF game on almost all tv's, and give specials to USF fans. If you have not watched a game at Clubhouse stop by and I promise you it will be a good time!

I agree with you...not a lot of people were expecting a national champonship this year so this loss does not hurt us that bad. Win Big East Games and we will be fine. Lets start with an upset!! GO BULLS!
