This game tonight was the first game of the NBA finals that I actually watched (sorry just not that interested in the NBA) and I gotta say the Heat look really good. There have been a lot of questionable calls not called for the Mavs but I cant use that excuse as to why the Heat are playing better. With this series tied 2-2 this is gonna actually be a series after all! I still think that if the Heat lose game 5 they are done but they have really impressed me. But still Go Mavs!

Dwane Wade is a good player but he is not the best in the NBA. Give it a few years and he will be second only to Lebron but he still wont be the best. That being said in order for the Heat to win the series they need to win the next two and then the series still wont be sealed. If the Heat must win two in Big D they are royally screwed but if they gotta win one they are only screwed. That being said, I hope Dallas wins the next two games because I hate the team from Cuba! And Heat fans beware because the Magic will be back to winning next year. GO MAVS!

Smazza, I love the line that you said. If we play up to our potential and pitch very well we can advance. It is a great opportunity thats for sure. The season is not over but its already a success. No pressure on these ladies just go out there and have some fun! GO BULLS!

If UCLA does not win their region, although not likely, is it possible for USF to host the super regional?

It is a jealousy thing b/c the bucs can sell out a pre-season game with more ppl wanting to get in while the fins have playoff games blacked out locally. And the fact we have beat them 3 times in a row. But dont worry, this year Cullpepper will be their savior. There are quite a few boats down in Miami tho so they should be careful. That Andre Card is pretty cool tho. I hope he makes the team and runs a kick back! GO BULLS & BUCS!

I dont believe Andre has a drug problem therefore I dont think he would be a good pick for the fins!

--As for the stuff USF’s students did: they do have a decently clever t-shirt slogan, in the angry-sarcastic-student-fan-sense: “If You Can’t See, Stand Up!†I'm glad this moron noticed the SBC shirts! --Encouraging words from our bartender at Tia’s when we asked him if many students were going to show up at the Sun Dome for the game that night: “Oh…I doubt it…we have the worst school spirit ever.†Well hopefully he saw our student sections almost full and tht got us some respect. Do you know how tired I am of hearing excuse about their sick player Jeff Green. This was not the reason they lost. We outplayed them. We shot the ball well, as did they, we hit our free throws at the end. Maybe if their team could make a few layups they could have pulled it out. Next game coach spend a little more time in the layup line.

I would love for our student section to get back to how it was before. I was at a FSU-USF game and I will always remember the dunkin donut boxes. That was great! The only problem now is getting the students at the games to clap their hands much less bring something or do research. Students did a great job at the UCF football game with the 17 signs. I just wish we had more students care about basketball as much as football.

Smazza,  just because you get a five star recruit you dont win a title.  It is all about coaching and Leavitt got an extension for that purpose.  He is a great coach and all of these 3 star recruits will turn into good player under him.  So give our whole coaching staff a break and sit back and remember how old our program is.  Just think most of these kids just learned of USF this year and that image will grow in the next few years!

Its not all students...I, along with some friends have been to: -all home football games plus bowl game -3 mens Soccer games -1 volleyball match -most mens b-ball games -most womens b-ball games I didn't need anyone to tell me when they were I knew because I care...however, if you want students to come post signs over at the Marshall center and dorms. Students have been doing a good job at mens b-ball games and football games this year. Give it time and all students will be there. And BullsFans, lets try to say something positive about the Bulls for once! GO BULLS!!

I'm a marketing major and I am required to take a foreign language and advanced math. I cant take a marketing degree without taking college algebra and bus. calc. I tell you, with all the tutors they get that is a pathetic excuse.

Sheriff, I was talking to the other clowns on this thread! You would have a problem coming to womens games being that you are in AZ. I have seen you post about the womens team and I just hope that you keep spreading the news about this team. And 113 points is a ton and Rutgers is already good!

TNBulls I would love to see you take on Jessica Dickson 1 on 1. . . I will promise that you will get murdered! I go to all womens games and most mens games. . .I find that the womens games are a lot more fun than the mens game. Most of you are complaining on this board about the mens team not winning and some of you have said that they dont show any heart (not true). Well go to a womens game and these ladies play like this is their last game every game. When the USF Ladies Team makes the big dance I will travel! If at least a few people are willing to travel to see the ladies in the big dance then how bout you guys come out to a few games. As coach Jose told us Student Bulls Club members at our first meeting, Come out to a game and you will come back. Take Coach up on the offer, pay 5 dollars come into the Sun Dome and then come back the next game! GO LADY BULLS!

One of the funniest things about this is according to rivals he has not gotten an offer from WV...I hope that he has to go to a D2 school b/c of his antics! HAVE FUN EDDIE!!

USFBullsEYE.com: You made your official visit to USF last weekend and decided to commit. What was it that helped make up your mind, anything in particular that stood out? GLOVER: Everything. The city. The coaches. I like their style of defense. They blitz players a lot and let their linebackers make plays. They were coming at me real hard and they really need linebackers, so it was a good fit. Me and (Miami Central LB Sabbath Joseph) were talking on our visit and he asked me, "What are you going to do?" We both said, you know what, we can get it done at South Florida. Q: You had been a verbal commit to Mississippi State. How did they take the news? GLOVER: Yeah, I was committed to Mississippi State and they got mad because I took the visit to USF. I was supposed to go there this weekend, but that's not going to happen. My cousin Adron (Chambers, a freshman WR at MSU) was really pushing me to go there, but . . . I might still make a visit to Illinois on Jan. 27, maybe. I'll see when I hear from the coach there. Q: We hear Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Derrick Brooks may have played a part in your decision. Is that true? GLOVER: Yeah, Derrick Brooks goes to my church when he's up (in Pensacola), so I've gotten to know him. I go to Tampa and watch him every year and he's shows me around Tampa. I always liked it. When I was on my visit to USF, I talked to him on the phone and he told me I was making a good choice. He said Coach (Wally) Burnham is a great coach and he helps get players to the next level. It'll help me get better having Derrick around, too. Q: Where do you expect to play at USF? GLOVER: I really could play all three linebacker spots because of my size and speed, but I'll probably play middle because it's my best chance to develop and go to the league. Q: The Bulls have a pretty good linebacking corps returning in 2006, do you think playing with those guys will help your progression? GLOVER: Definitely, I can look at what Stephen Nicholas does in his last year – all the linebackers there – and see how they play; see what kind of mistakes they make so I don't do the same things and I play even a little bit better. Q: Are you glad to have this decision made and end your recruiting? GLOVER: I'm real happy. It was fun at first with all of the attention and the coaches calling all the time. For a while, I was getting four and five recruiters calling every day, and news people calling to see what was happening. I was getting tired of all that, so I committed. Thank you Derrick Brooks!

I finally agree with Smazza...Raymond James Stadium is a great stadium and it helps with recruiting because you are playing in a state of the art facility.  Win football games, increase attendence and then we will have money and then maybe we can talk about building a stadium.  But for now RJS is a great stadium and we are very lucky to play there. BTW Doug is talking with the Glazers to work out a new deal for the stadium since our deal is up that would give us more profits then before.

How bout you hold ur breath until it happens...if u don't want to do that then don't post till it happens...until then you are an idiot!
