    : Anyways, I think it is a really good idea! Have at least 10 spots per parking area designated for cars with USF's LPs. It may not increase sales by hundreds but it may be a little incentive/reward.

    EXACTLY! i'm really surprised that this is the first time i've heard anyone mention this...i mean it's great to hear the lady djs hit on CJL, but i was hoping for more can't argue with free wings though... I thought the Sports Chix thing was going to be a pre-show,and that CJL was going to have a separate show breaking down the class like last year. I was kind of disappointed with that but at the same time it is always cool to see coaches and even our QB walking around and talking to everybody.

    After looking up the rates I don't think we can afford to have one of those. The rate quoted for NJ is $12,000 a month for just one! Rutgers pays a lot less for their Florida signs, a sign in Ft Myers would only cost 'em $2,800 a month.

    BTW, I thought we were closed to getting an OCS until I saw CJL jump off his chair in excitement talking about RayJ during yesterday's radio show at the Bullring.

    My only question is, how do we go from 43rd in '04 to 58th in '07? Now if somebody can explain it without using the words "crapshoot", "overrated", "making more with less" I would appreciate it. I am excited about the class but I can still make an observation based on that chart. Of course some of those '04 recruits didn't panned out but at the time we got some of the recruits that others wanted hence our ranking. Again, great class just not understanding the rankings regression.

    Wow, talk about an atmosphere! And they didn't even have a band in the arena. It's just a cultural thing, we are more of a clap and shout kind of people here in the states. We like our football, and basketball, but we are not as passionate about it to that point which can be a good thing since you rarely see riots after games, and a bad thing 'cause you don't see this type of atmosphere. The atmosphere in sports' venues (and even on the streets after a great win) is one thing I miss from PR. Whenever Tito Trinidad, or our basketball team would win a fight or a big game you'll see people on the streets beeping their car horns, waiving the flag, and just going crazy(in a good way).

    Add to that list the "there is a lot of Parity in the NFL" cliche, or the "More than 1 Billion people around the world watch the Super Bowl every year" one as well. Someone says something in the media and then all these media tools repeat it without doing any research on the subject. I read an article statistically proving that there isn't any more parity now than there was years ago. And there is no billion people watching the game especially when most of them are sleeping by the time the game starts.

    I never understand the "would you rather have..." argument. I can say that about everything in life. Is not a competition against UCF. Just because some of us think is neat that they are getting a nice OCS doesn't mean that we would trade our on-field success for one, one thing has nothing to do with the other.
