I mean we need to find out in a hurry so we can cancel the 2 extra OOC games we have per year, and to give those teams a chance to find a replacement team.

    PP, I don't know how to break it to you, but, you are not headed to the Big East anytime soon. Just enjoy C-USA because that's going to be your home for the next 20+ years. The sooner you guys realize that the sooner you can move on and appreciate what you have.

    I actually want to play a top Non-BCS team, not that ECU is one of them, because those are the teams with the ridiculous weak schedules that hang around the high 20s in the polls. Beat them and nobody would put Houston, TCU or Hawaii ahead of us. I know some of them had great showings against BCS schools but they still didn't beat any ranked teams.

    YOU must go to the Student Organizations' meetings as soon as the bid is announced. Go to all the Greek meetings, LASA, BSU, CCE, all of them. Bring flyers, promote the event as a whole. Tell 'em that for less than $125 (if there is a package) they can have a memory that'll last them a lifetime. Bring pictures from last year's bowl game. Hell, bring CJL himself. Have a contest for the organization that brings the most people. The fact is that we are not going to get anybody that didn't attend a single game during the regular season. This is not the time for marketing to try and bring in new fans. Marketing needs to be targeted at fans and students.

    At #45 this poll is still a joke. Didn't they vote UCF #26 last year w/o a single BCS victory? Hopefully CJL starts gaining more national recognition so we can get some of those "they have a great coach" votes.

    I don't buy any excuses, I don't think anybody would call the SPT outraged and with the intent to cancel their subscription because the Gators were not in the front page. Most Gator/Nole fans would understand that this is Tampa and that USF's game should take the bulk of the front page. And I'm tire of the "just win" excuse too. If our biggest win doesn't make it to the front cover then constantly winning big games is not going to cut it either, they'll just be another win, no news.

    That interview should cement the fact that he will not ever leave USF for another school. This is his program, he was here when there was nothing. He is too emotionally attached to this program.

    Where did most of the funding come from for our stadium ? Right? Well, is all about pressure and nobody is putting it. Where is the media on this? Why not report how the Evil Glazers are ripping our state school off? Where is the outrage? Where is 8 on your side?(kidding about that one) Seriously, if more people in Tampa spoke up this could be fixed. We have plenty of uneventful days in Tampa, maybe we can pick one of them to have a front page cover on the story.
