+1. Martin is getting all the pub, and for good reason, but David is playing great. Dominik and Schiano appear to be solid judges of talent, their draft was spot on.
let's not get too excited just yet about the Bucs
Why not Mike ? There hasn't been much to get excited about for along time and Martins games alone should be enough to get excited about. If you remember Schiano traded to move up in the draft to get Martin and he is somewhat like a Ray Rice type guy that Schiano loves.
for the same reason I begged people here to stop worrying about our ranking when we won our first two games this season
It appears you applied one reason for two vastly different issues. It's been fun watching the Bucs put up an average of 28+ points per game ... "fun" is all anyone is saying here, anyway, countering the OP's "meh" comment.
fun is fine
I just don't like folks getting ahead of themselves off of one huge game. They have been better thisyear--- but topping Raheem is not exactly difficult either.
anyway== I have been enjoying them much more this season. It would have been easier this year watching the Bulls if we came in with low expectations but no-- the media propped up a LOSING team as this years favorite to win the BE and wham-- some of us bought into it.
It is a hell of a lot easier to watch a team grow than it is to watch them fall apart.
Enjoying football? I thought you were more of a music fan.
