TCU... that streak killer hurt bad... and then having to hear some TCU students during Spring Break in Texas bring it up... was about to start a streak of kicking some TCU student ass! I still think losing to Bama hurt personally the most. Came to this school four years ago looking forward to that game, and to give it away like we did, it sort of defined the whole season.

Am I the only one that thought Kraky was off the mark most of the afternoon? Ronnie looked average at best, but had many balls intended to Bruce Gipson dropped after hitting his hands. He positioned the ball well into certain coverages, the receivers just didn't make any plays. Pat's numbers should speak for themselves. If he gets the starting edge over Banks, I hope it's not the same Pat that played yesterday. He is a solid #2, but I'm not sure how he can be penciled in as the starter if he performs like he did yesterday. Is anyone besides me wondering if Geisler will get a chance to do extra points and field goals? Is is time for Leavitt to let go of his Gramatica fetish and let the kid with the booming foot a chance to kick? We are inexperieced in the defensive backfield... picking Javon Camon as a captain is very interesting to say the least.

They missed a fumle in the last minute which would have given the white team one last shot IMO.

DRube actually had three catches, one drop, and one defensive interference calls while he attempted to catch a pass if you read the play by play. Two of his catches were for 13 yards each, and the other was for no gain. The other ball was a straight out dropped pass. That was in third and he didn't play or get any more balls his way the rest of the game.

Fisher will take some snaps in goal line situations... it's a weapon and Leavitt will utilize him when the time is right... so, now Fisher falls out of the QB situation and teams that don't watch film from last year get caught off guard. That's my take.

just got back from the greenery... ladies drink free, $10 for guys all night... and the under 21 crowd was going strong for chicks. Some soccer chick gave me the digits (Jill something or nother, quit after her soph year or got kicked off, can't remember in my frame of mind) was her name, but this swedish soccer chick was who I really connected with (Rachael Thomjoe was her name) but she had a boyfriend. Met four chicks from Penn State yesterday and drove them to the greenery so they could see how USF is on a Monday. I told them we were going to whip their ass in football in 2005... they did some "We are_ _ Penn State" chant, but by the end of the night they were flashing the Bulls sign in the bar. Chicks from other schools than USF suck! Go Bulls! That is the drunk report for the night!

Saw Quell the other day leaving the practice fields at USF... we bs'ed but didn't bring up the Storm gig. Sorry... hadn't seen him in a while and wasn't really thinking about the Storm... we had beer on the mind and talked about DRube!
