  1. I took care of Eator... you don't think I would let an overweight guy slide under the radar... Eator will remember us for a long time!
  2. bobcat... you'll feel right at home visiting the greenery. Coppertop is nice, but the greenery makes boys into men!
  3. Ming has missed two straight buzzer beater shots that I've watched in the past two weeks. Maybe that explains Franchise's wild shot selection.
  4. tonight against Pedro and Boston. With all the offensive firepower my Orioles acquired in the offseason, they can't be stopped. Pedro is doomed when Javy Lopez, Miguel Tejada, and Raffy Palmerio bat back to back to back. The AL East is lucky Baltimore just missed on Vlad Guerro or the season wouldn't even be worth playing out. They would have christined Baltimore the best in baseball and just said screw the season! Anyways, here's to the first win on way to a 162-0 season! Go O's! The Sheriff
  5. two make it back to Tampa so I can share some frosty beverages with ya? Smazza, there is a very good chance I might be headed West to 'Zona for post-graduation life come July 1. Up for a kegger with Bulliever and myself while watching USF hoops? If I do move, I'll be flying to most football games that I can afford!
  6. Quickest way to meet an underage coed without doing too much work. The Greenery is by far my favorite USF bar of all time. Never really had a chance to watch tv when I went there... but wasn't really there to watch tv anyways. A must for any new student for at least one full semester!
  7. great words of wisdom that you'll never hear on Dr. Phil
  8. Oh, what a fun afternoon of shenangins I had at the Billikens expense! A great afternoon of baseball to say the least for the 20 fans that showed up!
  9. Javon Camon was the nastiest hitter outside of Jay Mize our frosh season. He'll definitely help you remember he is roaming the middle. Thank God JR never got a redshirt or you would have never seen Javon. Javon is a pretty decent ball hawk to... he'll be alright out there. Not JR skills wise, but hitting wise, second to none. Some people will get knocked out this season.
  10. I made the top 20... wow... but like a shooting star I'm falling fast! The Sheriff
  11. Pretty good mug shot of him... if I ever get a mug shot, I'm breaking out my gold teeth and my gold cross that I wore in Cincinnati. I miss those days!
  12. Money Jewbull... Women's basketball... What a joke... I care about USF sports and that is the only reason to acknowledge that women compete in hoops. Lower the rims and give me some dunks... I don't want to watch a 6'8" center in women's hoops that can't grab the rim.
  13. I've practiced with both, although not in season with PJ. My impressions are that PJ is not as accurate and floats the deep ball to much. May sound stupid, but Ronnie was at QB for his second season ever last year. I believe he'd be more seasoned than PJ and for us to get two early season victories, he needs to be at the helm. One of the insiders I talked to said PJ has more upside, but I don't know if I'm ready to take some early season lumps waiting for that upside to materialize. I would mark us down for a win in our first game if Ronnie starts at QB. When he has time to prepare, he is at his best. That Bama first half was not an illusion... he can play. The sun wilted away our team because of a lack of depth. It'll make for some good drama come fall practice. This isn't saying PJ hasn't changed his game... obviously he has gotten better. A lot of sacks on Banks last year were attributed to receivers not getting open. We'll see if Dawsey can teach them to know how which would allow for Banks or PJ that extra second of freedom to zip the ball in. Dawsey is clutch in making this team go this season. The running back are already something else. You can't teach the numbers they put up... that is talent. Receivers need to make plays this season or our offense will sputter out the gate. Also, we're still not deep enough at line. The one's defense has ALWAYS dominated the two's offense... soon enough we'll get to the point where the two offense does some damage to the one's defense. We need linemen though that can make it happen.
  14. That is a schedule IMO. Troy State is their weakest out of conference game. Someday we'll get to the point where our weak games will be in conference instead of I-AA patsy's!
  15. Don't think smart has anything to do it with it. For a great running back which sounds like what we are supposedly bringing in... know the hole to hit, use your field vision, make a great play and take it to the house. I remember many times Marquel Blackwell telling Hugh Smith or some frosh at the time like myself what we had to do on certain plays. Not everyone one learns the system as fast. If the talent is there, the QB will direct you as where to go when you're learning the system. The coaches will get you on the field.
  16. PJ is not the answer at QB... he may be starting now, but I believe it is temporary fix until Banks is better. We need to get ourselves a top notch QB sooner than later.
  17. Happy B-day SBien... the source of the source for all the great info! Thanks for sharing for us diehards! The Sheriff This Bud is for you...
  18. I would have hired Eustachy here in a second... he'll building something good at USM, although he would have partied better in Tampa.
  19. And this year's Baby Momma Drama Award... drum roll please... Recent Winners include the NY Times
  20. I'm so tired of reading how McGwire was unsing just Andro... that is such BS! He was Mr. Roid himself and look at his injuries that last two years he played... common injuries to chronic steroid users. McGwire will eventually be called out... that andro stuff is such an overplayed coverup.
  21. In my opinion... he will end up at UCF if it becomes between us and them. New coach with a new system. O'Leary will get a transfer better than what they have starting now... he will learn O'Leary's system during the summer and watch the other QB go down in flames during the fall... their current QB really isn't all that IMO. Others might disagree, but after watching the kid, I don't personally think he could lead UCF to sand if we left him in a desert. O'Leary will recruit a good QB that he can redshirt with Rascati at the helm during the 2005 season. Rascati will win the battle at QB during the spring of 2005. He will give us fits when we play them, but we take care of business in the first edition of the "War on I-4".
  22. Job security is a little more important than little known DeAndrew Rubin... coaches aren't normally the one's that make the trade anyways... that is the GM. If this is the NFL... maybe a coach might look out for DRube more... but this is the minor leagues in football speak.
  23. You can talk bad about Seth and get me riled a little... his brother is a good guy also... but if you want to get me fired up... talk bad about AI or talk good about UF and that crapass team they call the Yankees... that'll set me off!
