  1. Why couldn't Ito push one against us?
  2. I just realized that if you have the DirectTv sports package, this game is on channel 626 for free! UL just fumbled again.
  3. What the heck is going on with this game? 3-0, Syracuse, almost halftime. WTF!!!
  4. Yeah, I talked to Craig today who said you came in and bought a bunch of sweatshirts for the trip. You're gonna need them. Have fun and yell loud!
  5. Can't speak for the 'Cuse game.... but the Pitt game is going to be on ABC-28 WFTS. Source: http://www.gousfbulls.com/pdf1/48366.pdf?ATCLID=653587&SPSID=37319&SPID=2981&DB_OEM_ID=7700 Bottom of Page one Yeah, I believe it is the BE game of the week.
  6. Well, the West Va. game is not quite Prime Time, but close enough.
  7. Great job Brandon! Keep up the great work up there! See you at homecoming.
  8. What a great weekend for Big East football. Fri. night: West Va. vs. UConn Sat night: Rutgers vs. Pitt Sun night Your USF Bulls vs Cincy All on ESPN, all on Prime Time slots!
  9. Yeah, that was great! I screamed and startled everyone in the house. Go Bulls! And hopefully they will be talking more about us in the BE chase after Pitt beats Rutgers and we beat Cincy.
  10. I knew we were doing great as a second half team this year, but these numbers prove it. We are outscoring teams a whopping 119-49 in the second half. Awesome! The full story can be found from Greg Auman at http://www.sptimes.com/2006/10/16/Sports/Leavitt_expects_much_.shtml
  11. Here are a few of my photos from the game. What a great trip! Of course, there are few more in the gallery.
  12. Obviously I will go there if we are in that bowl, but that stadium was horrible when we played Alabama there in '03.
  13. Kudos to all the Bullies who made the trip! Way to represent your school.
  14. I have stated this in other posts. I truly believe that UConn is probably the closest thing to a doormat in the BE has this year. All the rest of the teams, besides the two obvious, are all good teams this year. This has been evident from the last couple of weeks. And now we get to start really beating up on each other. And Kyle, sorry you had to buy your tickets to this game.
  15. And hopefully with the running game finally emerging (other than Grothe), the FG kicker problem hopefully solved, and of course in Grothe we trust, 2006 will be a repeat of 2005.
  16. I think they are all going to be difficult. I don't think Cincy or Syracuse are the easy wins anymore and with Cincy being on the road and on national TV, it will be a tough win. They definitely gave UofL a run for their money. Luckily Syracuse is at home so we should have the RayJay factor for that win. I am actually more worried about Pitt than I am UofL. Something about UofL that makes me think we will always play them well and have a shot at winning no matter home/away and no matter where they are ranked. We just match up against them well. Palko scares me. Especially since they came in last time for a day game and kicked our ass. And they beat us last year when we should have won. They may just have our number. We will win at least 2 more, maybe 3. We will be 3-0 in October for a 6-2 win heading into a very difficult November schedule.
  17. There not hard, you just need to commit, which can be difficult.
  18. Both Bull Ring and Clubhouse were full. I ended up going to Friday's and they had ESPNU there. It was frustrating that both places were full, but at the same time it is a good thing that the support is clearly increasing Wow! This is a great problem. I am so happy to see so many watch parties full and not just one or two small groups spread out. Thanks to everyone who is helping build Bulls Country!
  19. Maybe we can meet up at a watch party for Cincy and I will buy at least one.
  20. Yes, Doug I was thinking the same thing about those people at Ruby Tuesday. But, by the same token, I also noticed that a lot of the UNC fans that were at the game, didn't give up and leave until it was over. Most of them had enough loyalty to stick it out until the bitter end. True football fans. But, yes, mot of them wanted to talk about basketball season since they just had their midnight madness which actually ended at 9 pm.
  21. Are you doing this for the game on the 28th also?
