    Scott at his opening press conference just said he hopes they are able to use the IPF "sometime this fall" and mentioned the bye week (October 22nd) as a time they will probably get in to use it.

    This is why I am excited about the season. By the end of the season we will know if Jeff Scott is the guy or not. No more excuses. I am ready to see his Year 3 in action and finally get some answers.

    With ucf , Cincinnati and Houston all leaving , and Gerry staying in 2023, USF might be a heavy favorite to win the AAC in 2023 if we can win eight games this season. IMO, starting next season there is absolutely no reason or excuse for USF to not be a top three team in the new and weakened AAC on an annual basis.

    This article was actually written and posted here a few months ago. I am not sure why it is dated August 1st at the top of the article but I remember reading this back in June.

    If the team tanks this year, then Scott will be on an extremely hot seat going into the 2023 season, especially with the AAC becoming much weaker in football beginning in 2023.

    Agreed. I can remember watching that game and it just felt off. The vibe was definitely sour.

    I would like to see Timmy get some extended playing time against Howard if/when we go up big in that game.
