  1. There is no way we are ranked after our win over Syracuse, no matter how badly we beat them. We will likely hover around the 27-29 spot going into FSU
  2. A few slots for sure are going to open up. I'll put them in bold. I didn't list all the games, because some just won't happen. I only listed the ones that have a shot at dropping #19 Ole Miss plays #1 Alabama #22 Oregon plays Nebraska (they have more votes) #17 Texas AM plays Auburn #20 LSU plays Mississippi State #12 Michigan State plays #18 Notre Dame (Notre Dame definitely will fall behind us at 1-2) #16 Georgia plays Missouri #3 Ohio State plays #14 Oklahoma (They for sure fall behind us with 1-2 as well) #25 Miami plays Appalachian State Then some of the teams with more votes that us San Diego State (actually deserves to be ranked more than anybody) plays NIU Pittsburgh plays Oklahoma State (winner will probably get ranked, even though OSU doesn't deserve it after losing to Central Michigan, I don't care what anybody has to say about why it happened) UCLA plays BYU Utah plays San Jose State
  3. You have to remember that we scored so fast through the air, they really didn't get a whole lot of carries to get rushing totals up. If you only count the running backs (Tice and Johnson) average per rush, it was 5.8 yards per carry. That is a very impressive number.
  4. Don't you know they took out the BCS computers so that they can keep the P5 in control? If this was about fairness, they wouldn't have control. And Houston would be top 3.
  5. I just don't get it though. His entire sentiment throughout the article was that the state of the program is mediocre, but we are fun to watch. In actuality, we have won 9 of our last 10 regular season games, and in the last 5, the average score is 52 - 18, with rising attendance. What is this guy's problem? He acts as if he will be fired if he gives the team the credit it has actually earned
  6. Oh on top of the 3 slip ups I just mentioned, now a roughing the passer penalty. The dude needs some work.
  7. Josh Black is struggling. Missed a tackle, gets an offsides call, then lets a pitch go right by his face
  8. This game is about to get ugly real fast for NIU. I almost feel bad. Then I realize how bad we have been for so long, and it makes me want to jump around like a little kid seeing how far we have come
  9. I think he was referring to the awesome pass that Flowers threw into the end zone and was dropped in the end zone by MVS. On a side note, it is good to see that the offense is still flowing, regardless of Flowers struggling on his accuracy, and without Mack. If Flowers gets in a groove like he was late last season, and when Mack comes back, this offense will be very scary
  10. This is getting frustrating. Flowers is playing like garbage, and the announcer not named Cory Chavous is annoying
  11. I hate to say I said it, but I did. Can you pull him now please?
  12. Wow, SMU needs to put in Matt Davis. Hicks is messing up just as bad as Dane Evans. What is going on here?
  13. Surprised by the defense of both Tulsa and SMU vs two high powered offenses. WR Kevan Lucas for Tulsa really needs to step up though, he's really hurting his own team
  14. Jesus, UCONN is getting bent over and being sexually abused
  15. Wow, Will Worth can throw it for Navy! He looKS maybe even better than Tago Smith. It opens up a passing game as well as a hard runner for the triple option
  16. Didn't get it. I still think it's a good call. A long game ahead
  17. If I'm Tulsa at the half yard line on 4th down, I'm going for it here. Do it!
  18. Their player went down with no time left. No way would NC State have enough time to run up to the line and snap it. I think what left the announcers confused is the possible delay of game call that they missed, but they let them play, and didn't call it.
  19. ECU has 6 straight wins vs the ACC. Up next for them is South Carolina (very winnable), and Virginia Tech (also winnable)
  20. I think that is pretty much game. ECU will win this now
  21. Cincinnati has 4 INTs off of Purdue, 3 by the same player, senior S Mike Tyson
  22. Jahad Thomas likely will come back next week, so I am not even talking about this week. But you can think they are a bad team if you want. On a side note, Army is up again 31-14. They are better this year, for sure.
  23. I agree that Cincy is looking better today, but Temple is a different looking team with Jahad Thomas in the line up. And ECU is showing today that they are capable of winning a lot of games with a bit of luck.
