  1. No way, Cincy had a good strike down field, they just missed their FG. Cincy can still tear it up in the air, they just aren't yet.
  2. WOW UConn's QB just shook the mess out of that Maine defender! Nice run
  3. Tulane got a free score from Wake's penalty for roughing the punter, so the drive continued. Tulane's offense looks REALLY bad
  4. And UConn gives up a TD to Maine. Tulane is up 3-0 but Wake Forest is at the 7 yd line. Not looking good so far
  5. And... Edit. Tulane's top two WR's Teddy Veal and Devon Breaux transferred from the school. Their entire offense will revolve around RB Dontrell Hilliard. Tulane is screwed
  6. Go AAC for sure! I'll be mostly watching the Tulane Wake Forest game tonight, but I'll sneak back to UConn or the Cincy games every once in awhile. Tulane's offense will struggle, but the defense is supposed to be pretty good. If Tulane can keep the came low scoring, and Tampa native WR Teddy Veal can bust one or two loose for them, they can win. They also have a couple of decent RBs. For UConn, the real test to look for is their passing game. For Cincy, I think this game is one big QB competition. I love watching AAC games
  7. I like our online, but RT will likely be a concern all year. I think we have 4 solid guys
  8. I'm guessing no one really thinks anything here is too far off? Godwin and McGee are about to go in as 78 and 77 respectively
  9. I have no clue where to add him and McGee since the husky position is so unorthodox. I guess Godwin at S and McGee at CB
  10. I'll reward myself with a 99 Matt Floyd once I win the super bowl
  11. A few greats to wear 7. Still going Daniels over Davis though. It is worth noting that both of them burst onto the scene, and you could argue that neither of them did as well in the later years. (Davis's drop off probably had a lot to do with lack of QB play)
  12. Well, there is no NCAA game anymore, so I have decided to change the Eagles into having a full Bulls roster (full with name changes, numbers to match, ect.) The biggest part I am asking of the TBP is help with is helping adjust overalls as you see fit. I am trying to keep the team balanced, so if you are going to name 4 or 5 players that should be higher overall, try to give feed back on who should be lower as well. Without further ado, here is how I have rated the team so far: QB - Quinton Flowers 89; Brett Kean 77 RB - Marlon Mack 96; DErnest Johnson 84; Darius Tice 76 WR - Rodney Adams 90; Marquez Valdes-Scantling 85; Ryeshene Bronson 80; Chris Barr 76; Tyre McCants 74 TE - Kano Dillon 80; Mitchell Wilcox 77 LT - Kofi Amichia 84 LG- Jeremy Hall 82 C - Cameron Ruff 79 RG - Dominique Threatt 83 RT - Billy Atterbury 78 DE- Kirk Livingstone 77; Vincent Jackson 76; Juwaun Brown 74; LaDarrius Jackson 73 DT- Deadrin Senat 86; Kevin Bronson 84; Bruce Hector 84; Daniel Awoleke 80 LB - Auggie Sanchez 89; Nigel Harris 84; Cecil Cherry 78; Danny Thomas 75 CB - Deatrick Nichols 92; Ronnie Hoggins 85; Johnny Ward 80; Jalen Spencer 76; Mazzi Wilkins 75 S - Tajee Fullwood 85; Devin Abraham 82; Jaymon Thomas 79 K - Emilio Nadelman 78 P - Brent Gordon 73 Like I said, please give feedback and opinions. I would love to hear what you guys think, because this is all off the top of my head!
  13. Publix Is a terrible company. Let's talk about Gary Johnson. Think he will get in on the debates?
  14. Blah blah blah, the Bulls suck at basketball, we know. Is Tramel Ivy coming or what? I told you guys that he wouldn't make it. Where are the optimists at? Or did you guys mean he's coming next year?
  15. I went Grothe, Leavitt, Selvie, Mack. next 4 in order would have probably been Hall, Daniels, Blackwell, Selmon
  16. I really think Temple's RB Jahad Thomas was injured during the USF game. Go back and watch the hit he took after his first TD when they went up 7-0. He wasn't the same the rest of the game, and I don't think it was only because of USF's D. Couple that in with QB PJ Walker returning, and a lot more D coming back than we realize, and I think Temple is going to be a tougher game than a lot of people are expecting. Also, Not sure I can buy into UConn being decent until I see Bryant Scheriffs play decent at QB. The guy plays way too hesitant. I will say though, they have a sick secondary. And don't underestimate Navy! They will still be an 8-9 win team before bowl season imo
  17. This is what I said on another post and half of TBP said I was crazy because they think FSU is the greatest thing since sliced bread, and I claimed that Houston will be a tougher game than them. I think we split the Navy / Temple games, have a head scratching loss to like, ECU or something, then go into the CCG with 2 losses and lose to Houston, finishing 10-3 before the bowl game. I really think the AAC east division is going to beat each other up this year. Temple is going to be good, Cincy and UConn will be predictably unpredictable, and UCF / ECU will be at the bottom, but will upset some teams. So I think we still win the division with a 6-2 conference mark
  18. I mean, I thought Leavitt was going to be on his way to getting a statue at USF until we pulled the unthinkable and fired him. So I guess it all depends on who you ask
  19. So one question for you guys. Do you guys honestly believe that LAST YEAR, FSU was a better team than Houston? I don't believe so at all. I believe that FSU put a lot of energy into that game just as Houston did, and the better team came out on top. But to answer you Triple B, I am NOT saying Houston is going to be better than FSU THIS year just because of LAST year's bowl game. That wouldn't make any sense. I am saying that Houston will be better THIS year because Houston has a QB that will be in his third year in the system, and is a real Heisman contender. They have a stellar group of WR's, linebackers, running backs, and CB Brandon Wilson is probably just as good as William Jackson, their CB who got drafted in the first round last year all returning.I legitimately see this team as the #6-9th best in the country. FSU on the other hand doesn't have a QB, and is looking at starting a redshirt freshman this year in Francois. They have a pretty poor receiving corps. They lose a big part of their secondary (no doubt they can reload) and overall, I just don't think they get back to the Jameis Winston days. I think they drop to about #18, purely on the fact that Dalvin Cook is a top 3 back in the nation. I hope this clears things up. I think USF has a chance to beat both teams, but will need a spectacular performance to do it. I personally just wouldn't bet on it unless I had a good spread, and I think Houston will be the tougher game. You guys are entitled to your opinions as well, even if they are wrong
  20. You're welcome to have your own opinion, but the only games in MY opinion that were bigger than their Peach bowl the past 2 years were the last 3 games of the 2014 season (Florida, GT, and Oregon), and the Clemson game in 2015. So I would say its their 4th biggest game of the last two years. If you want to count the last 3 years, then in 2013, them I'll give you #3 Clemson early on, midseason #7 Miami, and the NCG vs Auburn. Playing the 4-8 Gators who had lost their last 6 entering the game isn't big. So 7th biggest game in last 3 years. My only point is that they had plenty to play for and get hyped up for. Enough that they should have beat Houston if they are actually that much better as you claim
  21. That isn't what I said. I said Houston was a better team than FSU. Which was proven. Therefore I believe Houston will be a tougher game (if we make it to the CCG) than FSU considering the important pieces they have returning, and the uncertainty that FSU has at the QB position. I don't know if anybody noticed, but they still haven't figured that mess out yet. It really isn't that far fetched of a statement. You guys are acting like I am saying UCF will win a game here. I think I'm making perfect sense
