The AAC needs to realign itself before we get p5 status. Remove Tulane, add Boise, Marshall, then decide between CSU and air force. Keep winning and its a done deal. How could that conference be G5??

I certainly feel that USF could make a playoff run in the AAC.. undeafted against potentially 3-4 ranked teams? Stop with your non sense about us being left out. Especially if florida st doesnt lose more than 3

yea but i figured if a company paid to present sports can make up numbers, i can too. I know they are made up, because I can't think of another reason Pitt is favored over Navy, or Toledo over Temple

Well I did not foresee this coming into bowl season, because I thought the AAC was VERY strong, but according to ESPN's matchup predictor, every team is expected to lose. There are a few games where I am calling shenanigans here. I fully expect Navy, Temple, and Memphis to take care of business vs Pitt, Toledo, and Auburn respectively with 70% chances to win. With slightly less confidence, but still confidence, (depending on which team shows up) I think Cincinnati beats San Diego St. SDSU benefited from not only going through a terrible down year in the MWC, but also the weaker side of the MWC, where their stiffest competition was Nevada. SDSU also had a very bad loss to South Alabama. I give them 60% chance to win. Now here is where things get dicey. USF is playing so hot right now, but can that continue against a good WKU team? I think yes, and give us the next best odds to win at 58%. Call me crazy, but I also believe that Tulsa beats VT, and give them a 52% chance to win. I think the only team the American needs to worry about is UConn vs Marshall. How did THAT match up come to be? Yikes. I give UConn a lowly 38% chance to win. And for the peach bowl, I think Houston is better than the nation gives them credit for. I sincerely think they are the #11 team in the country. And as USF showed, FSU is nothin more than the Fightin' Dalvin Cooks. I give Houston a 56% chance to win. Call me a homer, but I like the AAC's chances to come out of bowl season with a 6-1 record. What do you guys think?

Hate to say it, but in order of attractive candidates to the big 12 probably are 1. Cincinnati 2. Houston 3. USF 4. Memphis 5. UCF. I just don't see BYU joining a conference, or it would be a toss up with us and them at 3

I know Georgia Southern is improving, but how does that work? USF plays in a GREATLY tougher conference, played MUCH better down the stretch, and btw, didn't lose to Georgia freakin State this past week... toss us a bone here CBS

Honestly this team has some terrible guards. I did not see one outside shot made the entire last 8 minutes that I started watching. Gurerro and Cousins were the only two who even showed up tonight. Zeigler hustles and I like that. But Roddy Peters is struggling badly right now. He needs to be benched, and work on his craft and rededicate himself to the game or something

If anybody is playing tonight, its Reuben Gurrero. He is really playing hard out there, but its hard to notice effort from anybody else

Either way, that RB Ferby on WKU is a big dude, and a hard runner. I hope our guys can step up and really take him on. We usually perform better against speed than power.

Houston is by far the best team in the conference. They would beat USF right now too. Next year will be amazing though, as USF will return everybody but Byrd and some of the Oline, and Houston returns Greg Ward at QB, as long as he doesn't declare for the draft, but they lose much of their defense. Still should be the champ game.

The AAC needs a tv network. Every power conference has one, and id be glued to it if done correctly. Just play as many conference sports as possible, play sports highlights, and watch our conferences popularity take off

This question is easy for me. Reilly Gibbons. Thor, Djulbegovic, and Brynjar are leaving, so i suspect there will be plenty of shifting around the Oline
