I believe that existing life members can purchase one bobble each... the site says that if you are already an annual member then you can renew early to get a bobble.

Based on the site it says that each new member that signs up (via this promotion) gets one Bobble.

 

I would assume that a joint membership would allow you to get two bobbles (one for each new member).
