we had 8 wins last year... already have 10 this year (still time to go) despite losing one of our best players.

Patience is a virtue that some people here don't have enough of...  but at least you want the best for our team.

Recruit them? Sure.

Develop them? A different story. Great players become great when they are surrounded by talent. It's a snowball effect that will take a while to come together. What's not encouraging is to see home losses against teams with power rankings in the 200's. I hope there weren't any recruits watching that game.

that same thing has been discouraging for a long long time!  And that is the exact reason why it is so difficult a problem to fix, there is no coach that would be able to do it quickly, and still build for the long term, that we would be able to afford (or get).
