he is getting 1 year house arrest and 1000 hours  community service(this always makes me laugh) he did wonders in his own communty!

at 13  a kid should know he can't just jump on at 50 pound girl and crush her head  until it breaks

Allllllllllllll the freaking liberals were crying that a 13 year old was in jail for life.   Something had to be done to correct this injustice so the judge figured it would get him re-elected.

Yes it is a liberal thing.  People SCREAMING about a 13 year old being sentenced to life.  Even the VICTIMS mother agreed to this new plea bargain.  The plea bargain given was offered originally and HIS MOTHER said no.  Said she would take her chances in court and BOING he was convicted.  NOW she agrees to this plea bargain.  Gee hindsight is 20 20.
