Stars? Rating?

How'd we do?  HowieP, Velcro, anyone else...

Where do we fall in relative to:

1)  Previous Bulls classes

2)  State fo Florida Classes

3 ) Big East Classes

Best class ever?  just as good as last years class... except we get Hill for 4-5 years instead of Hall for 2 (which is awesome in its own right)

BC isn't in the big east, so that ESPN "Guru" is only a guru in his own mind.

I think we did very well in the areas we NEEDED such as QB, WR, DB and O-Line.

We didn't do nearly as well on the defensive line and linebackers, but we already have a lot of talent there some of which hasn't even seen the field yet like Buie and Mompremier.

Overall, it's at least equal to the class we had last year, which addressed different needs. Getting both Grothe and Hill alone makes it a better class, because without some Top QB's the rest of the players don't really matter as much.

We are probably the third best class in the BE this year behind Pitt and WVU, but some may think Louisville has a better class than us.

We are coming off a very poor season, so to expect anything better would have been unrealistic.

If we do just reasonably well in the BE next year we should have a banner recruiting year. If not, we'll stay about where we are now.

Mompremier is a linebacker, unless you are including linebackers in d-line category.

I meant to and added it.

We still have time to plug up some holes and I'm sure we'll do that over the next several months when we see who is still available.
