murdock is trying to sell dodgers but buyer  bostonian MCcourt has too borrow most of the money which is taboo in the baseball  world.

why? doesn't everyone finance a big purchase like a sports franchise.

there is a develpoer name Eli broad that will pay cash  if mcCourt's deal falls thru

but mccourt is paying with cash. he just has to pay it back to bank with revenues

They are worried if McCourt gets team and borrowed bigtime then when he gets team he wont put money into payroll that dodger fans are accustomed too.

he shouldn't put money into payroll

dodgers have done that for 10 years and lost

murdoch is bailing becasue dodgers are a drain

no matter who buys dodgers and if it is for cash or cash on credit,no one will be dumping money into dodgers again

they are buying dodgers for land and stadium.some guy will bulldoze dodgers stadium,redevelop land make a bil or 2 and build a stadium near staples center and maybe get a nfl franchise

i have it all fiqured out
