I usually watch the replay of the football games on bhsn on thursdays, but they have not showed the cuse or wvu games I've noticed. What's the deal?

Cuse was syndicated ... and BHSN could show replays if they paid for it.

That's nothing new, man.  USF games are almost never replayed.

Schools like Florida and Florida State tape their own games with their own camera guys and their own play by play guys.  They do it just like it was going to be live, but then are allowed to replay it ... which is why you see them on Sunshine.

USF could do that and replay games... but that costs $$...

Thus, USF will be subject to the terms of ESPN and ESPN Regional for most of our games.
