I just had to point that out. B.J. is horrible! Any one of us who has ever played intramural football could have made a couple of those throws B.J. missed. Just let the kid run around like Mike Vick....that's all he'll ever be somewhat effective at.

Skip aint nowhere near Leavitt yet! Program took major steps back today. Disappointed Alum here.

And it starts' already seen people on some "well you got what you wanted BJ as your starting QB hope you're happy" type steeze because of the loons who wanted him to start over Matt, and now you have this.  This board is going to be a ton of "fun" tonight.  Time to start downing some more John Dalys and watch the carnage unfold!

So, if we beat Cincy or L'ville on the road, will you come on here and say Leavitt would've never won those games?

who cares if we beat Louisville or Cinci at this point. Doesnt even matter that much if we pull an upset over Miami anymore. This aint Conference USA Skip!

Put the beer down and stop typing... Leavitt's the one that recruited BJ... he would have been just as bad...

I dunno about that because CJL's zone read QB carry the load on the ground offense could have had more success instead of dropping BJ back 20 plus times.  BJ was a square peg being hammered into a round hole today if he was used in the game plan we used against UF things could have been different.  Either way it's  stupid discussion to have due to the circumstances that lead to CJL's dismissal.

Agreed... it's a moot point... Leavitt is gone... what does it matter.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
