They are volunteers. My friends and I used to work Bucs games vending, ushering, parking, checking tickets, etc. to make a few bucks here and there to go out drinking. You can't fire these people if they dont work for you. All you have to do to work for the place is sign a waiver and get on the bus to the stadium from HCC, grab a Ray Jay t-shirt they give you, and go to your section assigned.umm you just defined a job, you give them a service (man hours) they compensate with $, sounds to me they are employees. NOw yes generally the people who sell the sodas at the stands are organizations earning money for a cause but the ushers are paid to be there Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
