FSU DVD/Commemorative Poster - Shipped Together? Problems...

Checking to see if anyone else had this problem...

I ordered the FSU DVD and one of the commemorative poster's.  The DVD arrived today in a small UPS package, however the recepit attached to it says that both the DVD and the Poster should have been included in the package.  So I go online to check my account and sure enough, it shows both the DVD and the Poster under the same UPS shipping number.  I clicked the number, and it showed that it was delivered today at 3:25pm as a single package.

Checking to see if this is an isolated case, or has anyone else had this problem...  Kinda worried about USF fixing this problem, considering that in their records it will clearly show that both were shipped together yet only one package with the DVD arrived...
