I won't be a freshman until next year (Fall 09), but would I be able to sign up at the Spring Game?

I by no means have the authority to say yes or no, but being a former board member, it is my understanding that it is for current students only.  So I think you would have to wait till the fall when you're a student to sign up.  Amabel would probably be the one to make the final decision on that one.  Maybe that might be something they want to start doing... getting sign-ups for incoming freshman at the Spring Game.

Amabel's email is aqui@admin.usf.edu  I am not sure if it changed though when she recently got married.  Give it a try.

Thanks a lot. I can wait until next year, but figured that I could go ahead and get it over with.

Oh man I can't wait until next year! I know it's been a bit of a problem before, but trust me when I say that you guys have an incoming freshman class that WANT to be BULLS! My friend is a National Merit Finalist and he just chose USF over UF....Good years ahead for USF.

I would wait until the start of the semester. That way you'll have a U number and be in the system for the student loyalty points.

Now for current students that want to renew or sign up for the first time, please come by the stand and join us for pre-game tailgate and fill out an application for 2009-10!

GO BULLS!!!

you don't even know how much joy that brings to alot of diehards on this board like myself. I have been wanting that to happen since my freshman year because they are few and far between on the Tampa campus.

There will obviously be a few "bad seeds" out there but just about all of the kids that I know going to USF have chosen it over UF, FSU, UCF, etc.

Count me in that club. Never once second guessed my decision.

GO BULLS. (c/o 2010)

Im proud to be part of a time when USF is becoming more than just a back-up choice and a spot for the brightest and proudest students in the state. Lets show Florida what we're all about!

I know it's off topic of this thread, but I gotta get on my soap box!

The University of South Florida is among the nation's top 63 public research universities and one

of 39 community engaged public universities as designated by the Carnegie Foundation for the

Advancement of Teaching. It is one of Florida's top three research universities and was awarded

more than $300 million in research contracts and grants last year. The University offers 219

degree programs at the undergraduate, graduate, specialist and doctoral levels, including the

Doctor of Medicine. The University has a $1.8 billion annual budget, an annual economic impact

of $3.2 billion, and serves more than 45,000 students on campuses in Tampa, St. Petersburg,

Sarasota-Manatee and Lakeland. USF is a member of the Big East Athletic Conference.

USF Health is the USF’s enterprise of faculty, staff, and students dedicated to improving the full

continuum of health. USF Health has at its core the colleges of Medicine, Nursing, and Public

Health. Also included are the schools of Biomedical Sciences and Physical Therapy &

Rehabilitation Sciences. Its clinicians deliver healthcare at USF Health South Tampa Center and

the Carol & Frank Morsani Ambulatory Care Center as well as at its affiliated hospitals which

include the Tampa General Hospital, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, James

A. Haley Veterans Medical Center, Shriners Hospital for Children, and All Children’s Hospital.

There are a lot of students that choose usf. I know most of the honors college had rides from a lot of other schools and chose usf. Each year usf gets better
