Former C-USA members Louisville and Cincinnati have both won titles (hopefully USF is next!)...

Last year and this year were USF's big chances to win the Big East.  The next few years look like rebuilding.  Hopefully it's a fast process.

One of the BIGGEST problems, of the  Syracuse 3 wins, 2 have come against Louiville.  All one can say at this point is, since Petrino the CARDS have been in free fall.
