2-0 in soccer is a blowout, right?

Actually, when a team doesnt conceed, they are said to have kept a clean sheet.

If, say an unheard of/unranked team were to upset the odds, by beating a 'big' team then this is called Giant Killing

I'm enjoying all the good press these guys are getting, I'm one only a few soccer fans around here I think, but maybe a nationally ranked team might keep the Jim Rome types away for a bit.

CUSA DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Kareem Smith, USF

Sophomore, Defender, Hyde Park, Mass.

Smith was a key figure in the Bulls’ 2-0 shutout of No. 24 Memphis. The sophomore kept the Tigers’ leading scorer Andy Metcalf in check, holding him to just two shots. Smith’s defensive efforts have helped No. 10 USF secure five shutouts this season, which is already three more than the team had last season

I don't see UF or F$U listed in the poll. Do they have a soccer team? ;D

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
