his deal are so bad i am convinced he got kick backs from agents

alan houston couldn't get more than 70 mil from any team but layden gave  him 100 mil

he made several deals like that and every trade was bad

isiah is better than layden but their salary cap situation is so bad it will take 5-10 years to turn it around
