Random thoughts from last night

A few quick thoughts:

Rain definitely played a role in the sparse crowd. Had a few friends turn around and go home after arriving and the rain was coming down pretty hard. No way that the announced crowd was correct. I couldn't see the East 300 terrace since I sit in 239, but the West side was completely empty.

The parking attendants at the mall was joke. Way too many workers just standing around, and when we went to pay, that the ***** tried pocketing my change. I understand the need to fill all spots but you don't put SUV's and trucks right next to each other. Ended up leaving the spot and moving towards the back. Also, its pretty sad when you get back and find out that sorry mother******s steal your cooler. Seriously, if you want the beer, take it. Don't take the entire cooler. Really put a damper at the end of the night.

The PA announcer was complete garbage. Mike Ford's first touch, call's him Jamar Taylor. Calls Teachy, McKenzie....Seriously, one's black, one's white. Horrible.

As far as the team. They look good. Nice to see them not struggle like years past in the season opener. Receiver will definitely be a strong suit for us this year and

lets hope Marcus Edwards can keep up the good returning. Gotta give credit to Theo Wilson for the smart play to pick up that ball and running with it. Alot of kids would just let it get downed. Too bad Selvie couldn't get a sack, he was in their qb's face almost every play he was in.

And btw, best part by far was checking ESPN on my phone and seeing Michigan lost and that UCF was up only by 10 in the 4th. Toppled with VTech, Pitt, and Clemson losing, looks like this season is taking shape like last year's.
