All teams who go to the Super Bowl have cap issues down the line - the Bucs have lost a lot of players from 2 years ago, the O-line is still learning to play together so give them time and the offense will improve. WR is looking shaky after Galloway's injury, Joe J is still out and KM is not a team player and will never wear a Bucs uni again.

Pats have been excellent with the cap. Have to make some tough decisions at times but that is what the cap is all about.
