Florida took a hit during bowl season as FSU, UF, USF, and UCF all lost their bowl games. FAU is the only school from the state of Florida that won their bowl game, so what does that say about Florida football?? Lets face it, college football is about the regular season, not the post season. Until there is a true playoff, most of these bowls wont matter than much compared to conference titles and the regular season. In my opinion, USF took more of a hit on the national scale after the loss to Rutgers, UCONN, and Cincy. Going from #2 to unranked made a lot of the critics come out of the woodwork this season, so I dont think the SUNBOWL loss will hurt that much as you may think.
