About 15 minutes ago, I got home from Charlotte, where I watched my Alma Mater blow a 10 point halftime lead and get run over in the second half.

That sucked.

But I'm still proud of my team, and proud to have USF in this conference. The law of averages, there are days like this. But we're both new at this.

I still had a great time in Charlotte. Both teams still had great seasons. Both teams are still headed in the right direction. The sun WILL rise tomorrow, and there are very bright times ahead, for UConn, for USF, and for the entire Big East.

Thank you UCONN fan. I am proud of UCONN as well for bouncing back this season. Sure you lost to a well coached Wake Forest team, but the future is bright for both UCONN and USF. GO BIG EAST, and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
