did they call a TD then revese it?

any rules on that?

Yep there's another thread in here somewhere that dealt with this earlier today. Turns out Big East rules (and I'm sure others, too) do allow for video review of illegal forward pass plays (both in a passing situation and in a change-of-possession situation, like last night) so the play was reviewable.

OF COURSE, like all video review, there's supposed to be that magical (and in this case mythical) incontrovertible evidence required to overturn the ruling on the field, which was a touchdown. As many replays as ESPN showed, and as many times as I went back on the DVR, I never saw anything close to a deliberate forward pass.... don't think anyone else here did either.
