FAU gets an on-campus stadium

In just their 7th season, FAU plans to build an on-campus stadium due to open in 2010. FAU coach Howard Schnellenberger has been pushing for years to get an on-campus stadium, because it attracts recruits. I know Leavitt says he uses Ray Jay to recruit, but FAU sometimes plays at Dolphins Stadium, yet Schellenberger recognizes the allure of an on-campus stadium. I didn't even know FAU got fans in the seats at their games at all and they get to have a brand new stadium?

On another note, Ray Jay looked awesome Friday night. As long as we keep it full to cover up all that red, i'll be able to handle the wait for an on-campus stadium.
