I expect Orlando to let him go back to Florida, but pay a hefty buyout.  They will make sure his ass is burning all the way back to Gainesville.

If he does leave, Donovan's NBA reputation will be torn apart.  I don't think he will get a NBA job should he leave.

The Magic put some clause in the contract saying he could not sign with another NBA team for another 5 years.  He agreed and was reminded when he decided he wanted  to go back to florida and still left.   must have been listening to dickie v.

Looks like now UF has turned from a football school to a basketball school

Urban Meyer 6 years 3.25 million per year

Billy Donovan now gets 6 year 3.5 million per year.

who would have ever thought.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
