What I think a lot of us forget is that most of the recruits that are in the class of 2007 won't even play until 2008 or 2009.  Those that have academic issues will have that year to straighten them out.

I am glad that Kevenski (it isn't Kavenski) wants to be a Bull.

Boy, I can't wait until September.

It's true that only a few of these recruits will be expected to contribute this year, but it's always better to have them developing on-campus, along-side their fellow teammates.  Plus if they end up going the juco route, the whole recruiting process starts all over.

While we are in accord on the fact that most of the recruits will be redshirted their first yearand it would be better if they could stay on campus with the team.  However, if they require additional class work, then that's the price you pay.  I realize that the JUCO system changes the whole scenario, but if they are serious about being Bulls, they will sign on the dotted line and do what they have to do.

The question remains is the student in need more classes, or does he just have to work on getting his entry test scores.  That is something we aren't always privy to.

"For me, I never considered it that way (as a stepping stone), honestly. When I was offered the head job at South Florida, and I'm sincere about this, I never thought I would ever go anywhere."
