The nation's #27 safety prospect took a visit to Rutgers this weekend and left a big present under Greg Schiano's Christmas tree. Joseph Nicolas of Homestead (FL) High School became the 17th player to commit to Rutgers this morning. He is the 10th player rated 3 stars or higher to commit to the school this year. [details]
