Is there going to be a limit on how many buses, or as many as we can get filled?

When are they expected to leave/arrive.

Arrive in time for Friday Night Buffet?

If we already have reservations at the Sheraton can they somehow be substituted for the Doubletree?

The bus trip will leave early Friday morning in order to arrive in B'ham as close to 5-6 p.m. as possible.   Your Sheraton room should be cancellable.

The Doubletree is only 2 blocks away from the 5 points area, so there will be plenty to do within walking distance for those who don't attend the party.

Not from USF (yet).  You might have to bum a ride or call a cab.

In Charlotte last year, we bought tickets for the bus to and from the game at one of the official hotels. It was pricey, but much easier than driving and the Bull spirit was amazing. I am hoping they will offer something similiar. they may not do it in advance, perhaps it is just something they offered to fill up any extra seats on the bus.

Maybe someone in the know can share the info with us.

In case anyone at athletics is gauging interest in this service, I would also like to find out about a bus ride from the Sheraton to the stadium.
