Tampa, FL (Nov. 8, 2006) – University of South Florida women’s basketball standout Jessica Dickson received yet another “pat on the back†prior to the start of the 2006-07 regular season. ESPN.com released its list of the top five position players in women’s college basketball and ranked the Bulls’ Jessica Dickson (Ocala, FL) as the top wing player in America. The 5-11 senior forward joins North Carolina’s Ivory Latta (point guard), Stanford’s Candace Wiggins (off guard), Tennessee’s Candace Parker (power forward), and Oklahoma’s Courtney Paris (center) on the list.

TAMPA - Jessica Dickson liked anonymity.

The USF senior forward liked the possibility, however remote, that perhaps opposing coaches weren't aware of who she was, weren't spending days leading up to games building gimmick defenses to stop - well, to contain - No. 25 for the Bulls.

"I think that's gone now," Dickson said Sunday, reflecting on what awaits her in her final season with the Bulls. "People know who I am now."
