Last year's Big East teams that made it:

UConn 15-3-1

Notre Dame 10-7-3

Providence 6-3-9 (booo negative football)

St. John's 9-5-5

Seton Hall 12-3-3

USF 12-6-1

WVU 12-7-2

This year we finish 9-7-4... so I guess there's a chance??

I would say that the outlook is not good.  Very few at-large teams got in with under 10 wins.  The only 3 I could find were Providence, St. John's, and San Diego State.

With all the talent we have on this team, I'm disappointed that we didn't play as a talented team.  Not sure of what the explanation is, so someone with more knowledge about what happened this season please enlighten us.
