I talked to Johhnie yesterday in the gym and he said that he will more than likely be redshirting in the fall.  Too bad for us this year, but he will be here when we break into the Big East.

I think someone is thinking of the incoming FR Terrance Jones at RB, as Chip stated, Johnnie Jones is our SR Safety.

It good that he will be most likely RS'd to be 100% healthy ... also allows him to hit the books harder now to make it hopefully an easier ride in the fall of 2005.

Glad he's doing fine.

Yes I was talking about the safety, not the rb that is coming in the fall.

they are brothers, and expect the younger RB, Terrence Jones, to delay entry until the spring.  This was expected, and JJ just needs to get healthy, we have been working on depth at Safety.  Its always good to have a 5th year senior that is 6-3 220lbs at safety when we hit the BE.
