The first penalty on jenkins was a bad call. Watch it again, he tripped and fell and the FIU defender stepped on him. He didnt 'dive' into anyones legs.

yeah that's what I thought I saw on the replay.  The defense needs to keep opponents on their side of the field so they have to keep kicking to Ian Randolph.  FIU's punter did a good job in the 2nd half of angle punting out of bounds.  Randolph was 3 for 4 scoring on punt returns against them.
