Probably a relative, cousin maybe.  I know Jean Julmiste Senior immigrated to America in the early 80's, from Haiti if I am not mistaken- possibly the whole extended family made the move as the political unrest started there around tha time.  The Julmiste's are good athletes, dad was on the soccer national team from whatever country he came from before America, no shame in adding another Julmiste- maybe as long as he switches from QB. ;D
