there are some contractual issues that are keeping the new site from being rolled out as originally scheduled. last i had checked, the hope was that it'd be by first of february, so i can't imagine it'll be much longer ...

By itself? No of course not.

As an indicator of how EVERY little thing seems to be harder than it should be for USF athletics?  Yes, it is.
