Yeah, I guess it was all the roids right?

Against Oswalt, who could possibly be the best pitcher in the NL, Bond is 3-3, 2 2B's, HR, 2R, 3RBI's and 1BB. Not a bad start to the season.

Bonds now at 659, 1 shy of tying Mays.

he should thank jimy williams who made one of the stupiest  non moves ever

1st game,you ace is inot 8th inning bonds up two on.

you either put in your top lefty,or you r closer.

YOU LOSE WITH YOUR BEST.

I HAD A HOUSE FULL OF PEOPLE and i called it correctly.

bonds has gotten 400 homers because of dumb managers

astros will never win because williams will not be getting smarter

That is pretty friggin dumb for first game of the year. I was on fence about Jimy when he managed bosox. He is not a go by the book manager that is for sure. I think he is one of better managers in baseball though.

2nd 5 years in a row in MLB is not bad. He may not be the best skipper but is far from the worst.

Clemens shut down Bonds, and he is by far not the best pitcher in the NL... so that throws the whole idea of him being on a "tear(is he crying?)" right out the window.  

If he is on a tear, then so is Kevin Millar who has 1 homer this season too!

when clemens is on like he was vg he is unhittable.

great pitching stops great hitting

who  was that pitcher that struck out ruth and and two other hall of famers in an allstar game back in the day

VG- bonds gets maybe 4 good pitches to hit a week and look what he does with it
