Pedro is a prime example. I thank him for all he did, and if he resigned for what we offered, it would have been great, but he wanted more than what he was worth. Perhaps we would have discussed 5 if Boras wasn't gung-ho about 7 years or hitting the road.4years/40mill was the only offer on the table. He didn't want it and jumped at the first deal that came a long. Would have been nice to have him back, but that isn't the philosophy of mgmt (anymore).
