18 wins over yanks

roughly 15 for toronto/baltomore

8 for each of the angles, a's, mariners...

that is 102 wins guaranteed 1st or 2nd place in east.

Actually they play those 12 interleague games and 7 vs Sea and Ana and 6 vs oakland and I believe 19 vs Tor and Balt which would make 76 wins and still keep them under .500. I would have no problem if Rays finished second to red sox in the east. ;)
