It doesn't look like we have actually offered him yet. 

This class has two WR's signed and we still appear to be pursuing Kaleb Long, Quez Bell and Holden Willis. 

This kid's best offer at present is Kansas so I wonder if we are waiting to offer to see if any of those others commit.
